Marked to Market
This weekend we graded ourselves. On Monday, we get even better.
Most people who forecast for a living never let you check whether they were right. We decided from the start that we would.
So this weekend we published our first quarterly scorecard. Every probability we gave you last quarter, across Geopolitics, the Economy, Bitcoin, and AI, set against what actually happened. The calls we got right are in there. So are the ones we got wrong, and by how much. We think you deserve to see both, so if you read one thing from us this weekend, read that.
Keeping score changes you. Three months of marking our own work showed us exactly where we were strong and where we could be far better. And it made us want to raise our game. So we have.
From Monday, every Scenarica piece is a bigger, richer thing than the one before it. Deeper analysis. Sharper opinions, held with more conviction. Charts and illustrations built to make a complex story land in seconds. Each piece now carries you from the story, through the mechanism, all the way to the full scenario map and the precise odds we put on every outcome. This is the version of Scenarica we always wanted to make.
And the scorecard is here to stay. Every quarter, in public, we will show you how the last one went, whether it flatters us or not. Anyone can sound confident. We would rather show you the record.
There is more coming. A new Weekly Digest every Friday, one email that walks you through the week and points you to what matters most. And our AI coverage gets sharper and more ambitious, following the whole story of how the machines get built, funded, governed, and used.
A lot of this came from you. The push to go deeper, to be bolder, to price harder, came straight out of your comments and your replies. We were listening the whole time, and this is us answering.
The Sunday essay still lands every week. The voice you subscribed for is exactly the same. Everything that is changing is changing in one direction: more depth, more conviction, more proof.
We priced a quarter of the future, and then we showed you the receipts. On Monday, we start doing it better than we ever have. We are genuinely glad you are here to see it.
Scenarica Intelligence We don’t predict the future. We price it.
